Jeff Nicholson
Jeff Nicholson received an undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University, a Bachelor’s of Civil Law Louisiana State University, and a Juris Doctor from the LSU Paul M. Hebert School of Law. Mr. Nicholson is licensed to practice in all State and Federal Courts in Louisiana. The Nicholson Law Firm maintains offices in Baton Rouge and Shreveport.
Mr. Nicholson’s practice at the Nicholson Law Firm is focused on Social Security Disability cases, Personal Injury Cases, Car accident cases, business law matters including Homeowners Association matters, wills, successions, estates, and mesothelioma cases. Over the course of his career, Mr. Nicholson has acquired extensive experience litigating cases in courtrooms throughout the state, litigating legal matters including business matters, succession disputes, and personal injury cases of all kinds; including automobile & trucking accident cases, slip & fall cases, premises liability cases, wrongful death cases, and mesothelioma cases.

Abigael F. Worley
Abigael Worley is a native of Marksville, Louisiana. She received a Bachelor's degree from Louisiana State University at Alexandria and a Juris Doctorate from the Southern University Law Center. Abigael is licensed to practice in State Court, Federal Court, and Tribal Court. She is also a board member with the 21st Judicial District Bar Association. Abigael is an Associate Attorney at Nicholson Law Firm, which maintains offices in Baton Rouge and Shreveport.
Abigael's practice at the Nicholson Law Firm is focused on Family Law matters, Tribal law matters, DCFS cases, Adoptions, Wills, Successions, Estates and Personal Injury cases. Over the course of her career, she has acquired experience in litigating legal matters in courtrooms all over Southeast Louisiana, including representation of defendants in DCFS matters, litigating tribal matters, litigation of automobile and trucking accident cases, and family law cases of all kinds: from divorce, custody, child support, grandparents rights, to dissolution of community property.
Abigael currently resides in Pointe Coupee Parish with her husband, step-son, and three well-mannered cats. On her off time, she enjoys day trips and small vacations with her family as well as going to Church on Sundays.
